Last night the Bulgarian Ministry of Youth and Sports awarded my father and a the co-founder of Dallas Tennis Academy, Kalin Anastassov, for the most influential coach, that has introduced / recruited the highest number of children to play sports (the award was not only for tennis, it included all sports in the District: tennis, soccer, volleyball, basketball, handball, baseball, softball, track and field, cross-country, gymnastics, swimming, chase etc.) in the Blagoevgrad District

Grapevine Highs School Tennis Program Fall 2010

Expert Tennis Coaches at the Tennis Dallas Summer Camps 2010:

Jason Marshall a Dallas native former ATP player doubles ranking 101, won the Dallas Challenger in doubles 2008, biggest win in singles against top-10 ATP ranked player Marcos Baghdadis in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2. Jason also coached the Olympic team of Tahiti, currently assistant man’s coach for TCU.

Dave Borelli 7 NCAA titles with USC, USTA ATP&WTA Tour Coach, coached players such as Mardy Fish 2008 US Open semi-finalist, currently man’s head coach for TCU. The Women’s Intercollegiate Tennis Association recently announced that Borelli is to be inducted into the Women’s ITA Hall of Fame on Nov. 13. 2010.

Stoyan Anastassov – Collegiate Champion 1997 with Mobile Alabama, worked with both woman’s teams of Baylor and SMU, and the man’s team of TCU. Was a hitting partner for Jason Marshall. Owner of Dallas Tennis Academy, and coach for the varsity tennis team at Episcopal School of Dallas.

To find the 2010 summer tennis camps closest to your home, register for programs and make online payments, for tennis and/or fitness classes, please go to www.tennislessondallas.com. There are two ways to get there from www.tennis-dallas.com. First go to programs, click on your desired class in the drop down menu, click on make a payment and you will be redirected to Dallas Tennis Academy web page to complete the enrollment process. The second way is scroll down and in the right hand side corner you will see a banner “Get Tennis Lessons”, click on the banner and you will be redirected to www.www.tennislessondallas.com. Where you can view the available classes at the nearest tennis facility to you, and complete your registration. Federer Holds On – French Open 2010

Federer has proven himself over and over that it’s going to be nearly impossible to ever break the records he holds with this sport. This guy is pretty much an animal, and it looks like there is more where that came from for the next few years. This guy has reached the semi finals 23 consecutive times in a row in the Grand Slams and holds 16 of those titles. Youngsters like Nadal and Murray will eventually flush Federer out of the later down the road due to natural circumstances, but one thing that has separated Federer from pretty much everyone is the fact that he has been injury free in all his dominant years. If Federer can win tournaments having a severe case of mono, I don’t think we will see this guy slip the #1 position for a while. So who is going to win the French Open 2010? It has been labeled as the toughest Grand Slam to win. Will Federer take the title again? Federer has labeled the clay courts in Paris a nemesis in the past, but he’s not alone because there are other heavy hitters in the past that have show similar results as Federer on clay such as Sampras, Conners, Lendl, and Agassi. I think he has enough nerve throw it down 2 years in a row. The French Open starts May 24th and will stretch continue until June 7th.
