Middle Beginner
The class is focusing on eye hand coordination, short distance footwork, tennis grips and racquet control. The participants will be learning the basic tennis fundamentals, such as serves, forehands, backhands, and volleys. A specifically designed variety of fun games will provide a fun experience to the participants in addition to improving the cardio level of the participants. We will be using the United States Tennis Association quick start court format.
