Full Day 9:00A.M.-3:00P.M.

Academy Level – I

This Dallas Tennis Academy programs are intended for the competitive goal-oriented, high performance tennis players – specifically, players already at the Champ and Super Champ levels. Through our programs and highly trained coaches, we seek to help each player to attain his full potential. Players are assigned to specific groups based on their age and level.

This Program concentrates on proper stroke execution, including forehands, backhands, overheads and volleys, as well as serves. Tactic drills with emphasis on offensive and defensive tactical development are also part of the daily routine. At the end of the day we concentrate on having the players in a match play situation that gives them the opportunity to apply what they learn during the daily Program.

Our players are taught a variety of methods to manage their emotions and stress levels during competitions. We use a systematic schedule throughout the training process in order to achieve maximum performance.

Academy Level – II

This Dallas Tennis Academy programs are designed for the ZAT level players of all ages. We believe that solid ground strokes, a solid serve and consistency is what is needed for these players to be able to take their game to the next level. This program focuses on correcting and improving the player’s ground strokes, introducing them to overheads and volleys and consistency drills. Supervised match play at the end of the day gives the player’s a chance to apply the newly acquired skills.
