Elementary School II – Intermediate – This Dallas Tennis Academy introductory tennis program focuses exclusively on introducing proper technical skills and footwork, mini tennis and short court feeds and drills are introduced, in a fun game-based manner. Strong emphasis is placed on hand-eye coordination exercises, which involve a station rotation between high and low intensity tennis and cardio games.

This class is five days a week, three hours a day.

9:30am – 10:30am Tennis – Serves, volleys, and mini tennis live ball
10:30am – 11:00am Fitness – Running mechanics, Upper body, Lower body, Agility games
